2012 – Participation conditions

You charter a catamaran or a monohull accordingly to your wishes. A list of the available yachts, the prices and conditions you will find under yachts 2012.

After the charter-week you have the know-how for the sailing area and can decide whether you want to sail another or several days longer. If you only want to sail one week, 09 Nov.-16 Nov.12, it is also possible. Then your departure is in Baie St. Anne on Praslin.

Simply tell us your crew size, your departure airport and whether you want to sail only during the Charterweek or another or several days longer. We will work out an offer for you!

It is also possible to stay in a hotel after the Charterweek. So you can discover the islands and get in contact with the local people and/or you can visit the islands Bird Island or Silhouette with Air Seychelles.

When you want to take part as an individual, in pairs or in a threesome without skipper responsibility, the participation costs per person are Euro 1195 in a double-cabin plus bord cash and flight costs. If you book a whole double-cabin you have to pay 70% more per person.

For early single bookers it is possible to get one of the the single cabins in the front of the catamaran hull without extra costs.

The cabin cruise clients will be brought together to crews organised by SO LONG Yachting. Sailors, who would like to take over the skipper responsibility and who have the necessary know how, can be taken as the skipper for these crews on demand.

For the visit to the islands or the national parks you have to pay an entrance. Per person you have to pay on the spot between 10 and 25 Euros. The amount is not included in the charter/cruise fee.

For the board catering, harbour fees, diesel and other articles of consumption there will be a board cash. Per person per day appr. 15 – 20 Euros. Visits ot restaurants are extra. The skipper is free from paying into the board cash and iscatered for.

Use this sail event to train the handling and the guiding of deep-sea catamarans. In a final regatta you can demonstrate your new knowledge skills.

Sail with us in the security of an organised Charterweek. You will come back surely to explore this area on your own initiative.

The flight should go to Mahé. The flight from Germany for example is 800.00 – 950.00 Euros.
From there you get domestic flights (one way appr. 50.00 - 90.00 Euros) and ferries to Praslin.
